Hanuman is famous for his leap across the ocean between India and Sri Lanka to rescue Ram's beloved Sita. Leaps of this magnitude cannot happen without the help of friends and the constant reminder that life has your back. During this class, you will learn how to leap into your full potential by opening, engaging, aligning, and expanding your ever-increasing boundaries within.Practice precise, detailed alignment in a series of hip openers, forward bends, inversions, and twists, leading to the threshold of Hanumansana (leg splits).
