As you move and breathe to super chill tunes, you’ll open your body and mind through basic postures and steady breath. Using slow, conscious and juicy Vinyasa infused with a sprinkle of restorative poses, Meg will guide you to re-connect, ground down and stabilize within your own self. This class is the perfect way to realign to a blissed out state of mind.
