Limited Capacity seats available

Join Seane for an intimate and straight forward conversation on the ethical commitment to environmental and dietary wholism and how to live a more sustainable, mindful and cruelty free existence. Seane will share about her own journey from being a carnivore to vegan, and how to navigate personal and ethical choices in a family and society that may feel and practice otherwise. We will also discuss the changing and ever-growing industrial revolution and factory farming that continues to exploit our planet, abuses the rights of animals worldwide and affects the physiological and psychological health and wellness of All. In this conversation, Seane will invite an honest inquiry about "ahimsa" or "non-violence" when it comes to our diet, the responsibility to our animal friends and the Mother Earth. Whatever choices we make, let us be informed, empowered and aware of the interconnectedness between all of us. As our awareness and sensitivity grows, we have the opportunity to make more intelligent and compasionate choices that leave us experiencing the fullness of live, body, mind and spirit. It helps us to regenerate the health of our planet and preserve the lives of animals who have a right to enjoy a safe, healthy and happy life with the same freedom as humans do.
