In this workshop you’ll get some of Kelly’s signature storytelling and chanting, but the real focus here is learning how to craft classes that are poetic and sincere.  Kelly will show you how use the stories of yoga to deepen your understanding of the philosophical underpinnings of the asana practice.  You’ll be given the tools you need to pull the messages and meanings out of Hindu myths.  The same tools apply to everything from your favorite Rumi poem to the Yoga Sutras, so you’ll leave with enough know-how to turn any of your favorite words into a deep and meaningful class.  Not only that, we’ll work on finding your voice and getting your message across in a way that is simple and profound.
