Intuition & The Art of Trusting Life - A Class Dedicated to the Sage Vasistha LIMITED

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

If you have even a little love for the invigorating, heart-opening, sweat-making possibilities inherent in Vasisthasana (side plank pose), come listen to the tale of the sage Vasistha while we explore many of the pose's iterations in this intermediate-to-advanced-level Vinyasa Flow class. Sometimes side plank is a beautiful transition shape, other times it's a pinnacle pose. Metaphysically, it invokes the great Vedic seer and spiritual hero Vasistha whose spiritual mastery enabled him  to lead with legendary peace, patience, and intuitive knowing. You will be given enough space within the parameters of the poses to explore your own shapes, angles and interesting lines of tension. We will be utterly competition-less at the same time that we flirt with our own bodily thresholds in order to sharpen our capacity for inner clarity and absolute self trust. Expect dharma, story, song, sweat, play, modifications, intensifications, creative, side-to-side flowing as well as breaks and recovery for wrists and shoulders.
