Genuine connection is the heart of yoga. Come join us in a safe space as we learn how to decode the meaning of emotions, and begin to understand how to better work with them to aid us in the journey to understanding, freedom, empowered vulnerability, living one's truth, and in sharing truly soul-deep intimacy with others. We will even touch on a brief exercise based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help transform your relationship with yourself. Bring a notebook if you wish, as we will begin with discussion, and then come into a unique, embodying, all-levels asana practice to crack your heart open and stoke the healthy flow of emotion. Be ready to feel, and find & free the power of your heart.
