We see how these substances and actions also numb certain undesirables feelings (depression, shyness, disappointment.)  Using the brilliance of Ayurvedic and Yoga, we can gain a better compassionate understand why we get attracted to things such as drugs, sex, shopping, information and drama. Birthed in Woodstock, Shakti Yoga is a colorful and dynamic style that empowers practitioners to use their practice to achieve optimal creativity, happiness, and courage. We learn to carve out a plan of action with a calming and reassuring philosophy By, using inspired and challenging yoga asana sequences, sharing the teachings of philosophy, and focusing on breath regulation, we gain inner power to make the changes we want to see in our world. If you’re looking for a motivating class to make big and necessary changes, this is the right session for you. Be prepared to have fun as you get really clear in your intentions. We will take this class if: You love creative yoga sequences, motivational, lots of attention and hands on adjusting, fun and laughter
