When you detach from the idea that you are NOT your body and its “imperfections”, you are NOT your mind and its “fluctuations”, miracles arise. This class is an exact exploration of the important relationship we have between our bodies (whether tight, sore, tired, sick, injured, etc.) and our mind. We will learn some basic techniques to transform through our mind’s fluctuations and thoughts, criticisms and critiques while creating space and comfort in the hips, quadriceps and hamstrings. This class is perfect for athletes, current and past or anyone looking to develop a higher intellect on the foundations of yoga asana… perfect for beginners. We will do a much deserved mini nidra at the end. Come as you are but your mind & hips will not leave this class the same.
