Asana, Pranayama, & Dhyana:  Gentle postures to relax and integrate the limbs, breathing to soothe the mental and emotional energies, and meditation for Divine Union.  Fifteen minutes of asana; Ten minutes of pranayama; Thirty minutes of meditation; Ten minutes of Satsang.

Edmond Cotton

Edmond was born on the sunny Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago and immigrated to New York at age 15.
